- The blue poly seal on the magnetic strip (if applicable) must remain unopened and undamaged.
- Engraved or customized products are non-refundable.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or have broken/removed seals are not eligible for refunds.
- Accidental damages caused by customers are not eligible for refunds.
